WHIPPED FETA WITH GARLIC & HERB DIPPING OIL!

1️⃣Make the feta. Add the feta, yogurt, olive oil, orange juice and salt to a food processor and process until almost smooth, but still some feta chunks. Set aside in the refrigerator until ready to serve. 2️⃣Make the oil. Heat the olive oil over medium heat, then once it is hot add the garlic, parsley, pine nuts, salt and red pepper flakes. Stir, then let it sizzle in the oil for 1-2 minutes until the garlic and the pine nuts just start to brown. Remove from the heat and let it cool. 3️⃣Spread the feta onto a plate or a shallow bowl, then use a spoon to create some divots for the oil. Next, add the oil on top. Add the orange zest. 4️⃣Serve with bread and honey for drizzling.
