What you need

tbsp scallion

tbsp fresh rosemary

tbsp olive oil
tsp orange zest

cup walnut halves
tsp salt

oz feta
tbsp fresh parsley
tbsp honey

oz medjool dates

cup parmesan cheese
fl oz liquid honey
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. 2. Slice the feta into 1-inch slices, about 1/3 inch thick. They should be a proper size to fit inside the dates. Set aside. 3. Chop the rosemary, walnuts, parsley, and scallions and place them into a bowl. Add the olive oil, 1/2 tablespoon honey, orange zest, salt, and pepper and mix to form a sticky topping. Set aside. 4. Add the remaining honey to a small bowl and add the Parmesan to a small plate. One at a time, dip the feta slices into the honey, then into the Parmesan to coat. Add one slice of the feta to the center of each date. 5. Add the dates to a casserole dish, lined up closely next to each other. Top them with the topping. Bake for 15 minutes. 6. Remove, then drizzle with more honey if desired.
