CRISPY TUNA BURGER STACK

1. Prepare the tuna burgers according to the packaging instructions, searing them on medium heat for about 3 minutes per side in a skillet.

2. Remove the burgers and set them aside, increase heat to medium-high and drizzle a little oil onto the skillet then sear the onions on each side for about 3-4 minutes. Remove them and set them aside.

3. Lightly beat the eggs, then place them onto a plate. Dip one rice paper sheet into the egg until slightly softened then place it over a lightly greased bowl. Add one burger, then one slice of cheese and one onion slice, then the second burger, then the second slice of cheese and the second onion slice. Top with the pickles then the sauce. Fold the rice paper up over the sides. Dip the second rice paper in the egg until softened then over the top and fold it over the sides. You can use a third if needed.

4. Place the burger onto a small piece of parchment paper and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Add the burger to the air fryer and air fry on 390 for about 10 minutes until golden. Flip halfway.
