Pear Rosemary Kava Spritz

For the pear-rosemary syrup: Add 1 ½ cups chopped pear, ½ cup honey, 1 cup water, 2 sprigs rosemary, and 4 slices ginger to a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then, reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until the mixture has reduced by about ⅔. Strain the pear, rosemary, and ginger from the syrup and place the syrup in a small jar.

For the spritz: Add ice to a glass. Pour in 2 oz Kava Haven, 1 oz of the pear-rosemary syrup (or more to taste), and a squeeze of fresh orange juice. Top off with soda water and garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a slice of pear.
