Brownie Batter Stuffed Banana Bread

1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

2. Mash the bananas.

3. Mix together the mashed bananas, eggs, and 1 tablespoon of vanilla paste in a mixing bowl until smooth.

4. In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

6. For the brownie batter, mix together the almond butter, maple syrup, remaining vanilla, and a pinch of salt in a bowl until smooth.

7. Add the cocoa powder to the brownie batter and mix again until smooth.

8. Fold the mini chocolate chips into the brownie batter.

9. Pour half of the banana bread batter into the loaf pan and create a small indent in the center.

10. Top with the brownie batter, leaving about an inch on the far edges.

11. Cover with the remaining banana bread mixture and smooth over to cover the brownie batter.

12. Sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top, if using.

13. Bake for 38-45 minutes, until the top can be pressed without leaving an indent.

14. Allow to cool completely before slicing and serving.
